Customer Service Role

  • The primary goal is to ensure safe and timely delivery of groceries in accordance with agreed schedules.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring zero damage to customers' property.
  • Utilise 'sign on glass' technology for all deliveries.
  • Manage SH&E responsibilities in line with the SH&E policy.

As part of creating a safe working environment, all candidates will undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.
