About the Role

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion? Do you have excellent leadership skills and experience in managing teams? We are seeking a talented Sales Floor Team Leader to join our team at ZARA.

Job Description

The Sales Floor Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales and achieving KPIs for their department, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions, and managing the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock. They will also conduct store briefings and prepare store updates to ensure awareness of day-to-day priorities and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing, motivating, and developing your team to achieve business objectives
  • Driving sales and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your department
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
  • Managing and supporting the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor replenishment
  • Conducting store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of day-to-day priorities and operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of commerciality, people management, and customer service
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop your team
  • Experience with supervising a team and driving sales growth
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
