SAP ECP Payroll Specialist Functional Consultant

Transform payroll transformation projects with expertise in SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions. Lead configuration, deliver end-to-end implementation projects, and ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation. Develop and maintain quality governance across deliverables while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Deliver medium to large scale payroll projects on time and within budget.
  • Mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge.
  • Communicate complex requirements and facilitate payroll design workshops.
  • Ensure adherence to Australian payroll legislation, including STP and superannuation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience.
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is desirable.
  • Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment is also desirable.
