About the Role

The Opportunity

At C015 APT MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTY LIMITED, our purpose is to deliver exceptional energy solutions. We now have an exciting opportunity available for an Electrical Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Port Hedland, Western Australia on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be supporting the team in developing and sustaining a continuous improvement and innovative culture that seeks to deliver efficiency improvements, improved production levels, reliability gains, and improved cost structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating and maintaining gas turbine generators, Frame 6B and GE LM6000.
  • Operate and maintain a 35MW Battery Storage System.
  • Operating and maintaining all supporting auxiliary equipment for the above.
  • Monitoring and adjusting electrical network parameters to maintain optimal operation.
  • Troubleshooting problems.
  • Lead and supervise a team of Operations and Maintenance technicians.
  • Plan and execute the Annual Work Plan and Stay in Business Capital works.
  • Ensuring a neat and orderly work area following safety standards.
Your Background
  • Working knowledge of power generation, generating equipment, and control systems.
  • Holder of an A class electrical licence and have experience in the power generation field.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and adjusting the process to maintain optimal operation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an ability to work independently or in a team.
About the Team

The team consists mostly of a FIFO workforce, who work on a 2 week on / 2 week off roster. Based mostly out of Perth, our team operates and maintains our Pilbara assets which include solar and gas power generation, battery storage, and electricity transmission infrastructure.
