About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Port Hedland. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fixed plant and site infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to our safety culture by demonstrating a commitment to high standards of execution within your trade.
  • Maintain a high-level working knowledge of safety processes and procedures.
  • Perform inspections, servicing, adjustment, troubleshooting, and repair of all plant and infrastructure equipment.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data entry.
  • Work effectively with other maintenance and production team members, including contractors.
  • Monitor asset integrity and compliance to statutory maintenance and inspection requirements.
  • Participate in the field management program and coach activities.
About You

To be suitable for this role, you will have:

  • Australia recognized Electrical Licence.
  • Current Australian manual drivers licence.
  • A well-developed understanding of the operation and maintenance of Fixed Plant equipment.
  • Experience working in Iron Ore Processing Plant is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work well within a team to achieve outcomes.
  • Motivation to work with minimal supervision.
  • A commitment to Continuous Improvements.
