About the Role

This role plays a pivotal part in driving brand engagement and community connection through strategic campaign delivery. The ideal candidate will create meaningful experiences that inspire, inform, and activate target audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering marketing campaigns that promote Civic's services in consultation with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to design and deliver campaigns that meet Civic's objectives.
  • Coordinating internal and external events calendars, including industry-related events, to foster relationships within the sector, community, and referral networks.
  • Maintaining accurate records of campaign activities, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Coordinating with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers as required.
  • Ensuring Work Health and Safety requirements are met when coordinating internal teams and volunteers.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience working in a similar position.
  • Experience and knowledge within the NDIS and Not-For-Profits highly desired.
  • A demonstrated understanding of direct, online, social media, and email marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Adobe design packages, such as Canva, is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills are essential.
