About Us

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping people and contributing to a sustainable future.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, and customer documentation with accuracy and professionalism.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service while contributing to operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process customer claims, installations, and rebates with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in energy or sustainability industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
