Job Description
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to develop collaborative approaches that deliver sustainable economic, environmental, social, or cultural benefits to Indigenous Australians.
  • Develop proposals to assist Indigenous Organisations to acquire land and water rights or manage existing assets to achieve long-term sustainability.
  • Conduct market analysis, project scoping, due diligence, and feasibility analysis to establish business cases for ILSC investment.
  • Facilitate workshops to inform stakeholders and the ILSC on land and water ownership and management, setting objectives and monitoring progress.
  • Foster beneficial partnerships with agencies and stakeholders to enhance and extend ILSC programs.
  • Build regional knowledge to focus activities, coordinate efforts, and ensure strategic, effective, and regionally relevant outcomes.
  • Manage existing and new land and water acquisition and management projects to achieve sustainable outcomes in a timely manner.
