Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our dynamic team as an Operations Coordinator. This multifaceted role is pivotal to our business operations, focusing on both Fulfilment & Logistics and Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfilment and Logistics:
    • Oversee and supervise order fulfilment activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
    • Manage inventory levels and stock at the warehouse to meet business needs.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless fulfilment operations.
    • Participate actively in fulfilment activities, providing hands-on support as needed.
  • Account Management Operator:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers, offering timely and effective service and support.
    • Engage in regular communication with business customers to understand their needs and address any issues.
    • Troubleshoot problems and monitor customer behaviour to improve service delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hard Skills:
    • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
    • Ability to analyse data and provide insights for improving operational efficiency.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
    • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
