Job Description:

As an educator at our kindergarten, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and develop at their own pace. You will work closely with a small team of experienced educators to deliver play-based learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform future learning strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) degree.
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
