**Early Childhood Educator Role Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Mortdale. This role involves working with children aged [insert age range] in a stimulating and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a positive and learning environment to encourage children's development.
  • Responding to the emotional, social and physical needs of children.
  • Assisting in the observation and evaluation of children's development.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records for children.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.

  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain at own cost.
  • Understanding of all developmental areas for children.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
