The role of Software Assurance Renewal Specialist is a key part of our Enghouse Operations team for the ANZ region.

We are based across multiple offices in Australia, and this position reports directly to the APAC Operations manager. The specialist will also work closely with the Finance and Sales teams.

This role involves the timely renewal of all software maintenance contracts for Enghouse customers within the region.

The ideal candidate will own the process of driving improvements and staying aligned globally with our policies. The role requires administering the renewal process while offering opportunities to develop professionally and manage outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of the software renewal process, from quotes to tracking and analysis of renewal rates
  • Provide timely and accurate quotes for maintenance renewals to end users and partners
  • Establish regular communication and follow-up processes with partners and customers
  • Provide regular reports and analysis against Renewal Process KPIs
  • Maintain accurate and timely renewal records

Requirements:

  • A recognized business or commercial qualification (e.g., BComm)
  • At least 3 years' experience in contract management and software maintenance renewals within a software/technology focused organization
  • Strong customer service and sales skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel analysis and reporting skills
  • Ability to work well with individuals at different levels in an organization and across different teams
