Responsibilities of this role include:
- Organizing social activities and community access
- Providing daily living assistance to clients, including personal care and hygiene
- Domestic support, community access, and emotional companionship
- Documenting services provided, incidents, and completing reports as required
**Essential Requirements:**
- Experience in hoist operation
- Valid Police Check
**Desirable Qualifications:**
- Current Driver's License and vehicle for operational use
- Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent
