We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Crestview Hostel. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks, as well as contributing to their emotional and social well-being. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care that is tailored to the individual needs of each resident.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • AQF Certificate III (WHA3) or Certificate IV (WHA4) in a relevant field;">
  • Experience in direct care services, particularly with aged, frail, or disabled individuals (WHA4);">
  • Strong commitment to customer service and quality care;">
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, while collaborating with the team; and">
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of health and safety standards.">
