About the Role

Infinite Care is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a permanent part-time role with flexible hours.

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and service. You will work closely with our Head Chef and the Hotel Services team to prepare and serve meals, maintain clean and welcoming dining areas, and engage with residents to create a warm and inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the cook and chef manager in preparing meals that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Engage with residents to create a positive and inclusive dining experience that enhances their overall well-being.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and dining room areas, including all related equipment, to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Work effectively with fellow team members to coordinate meal service and maintain a smooth operation.
  • Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to prevent the risk of injury to yourself, colleagues, and residents.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen environments.
  • A genuine sense of care and compassion, especially during mealtimes.
  • Ability to problem solve, work with limited supervision, and think on your feet.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A hardworking and flexible attitude with good availability.
