Job Title: Category Manager

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our dynamic team, where you will play a key role in driving value and ensuring supplier performance across a broad and dynamic procurement landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement capabilities to lead vendor engagements, deliver strategic value, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Procurement & Vendor Management: Lead vendor engagements in collaboration with business owners to maximize value, identify and implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or scope.
  • Commercial Negotiation & Lifecycle Support: Lead commercial negotiations, provide expert advice on vendor lifecycle and contractual management, and consolidate vendor base to leverage scale.
  • Operational Excellence: Review and approve purchase requisitions to ensure alignment with supplier agreements, promote best practice procurement strategies across business units and spend categories.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Strong background in procurement processes and policy compliance.
  • In-depth understanding of vendor lifecycle and strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing complex supplier contracts.
