The role of the National Procurement Manager is pivotal in driving strategic procurement initiatives across a premium office and industrial portfolio.

This dynamic position requires:

  • A strong background in procurement with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
  • Ability to manage complex supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a national procurement strategy aligned with client objectives.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and service providers.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analysing market trends and conducting regular cost analyses to ensure competitive pricing.

To succeed in this role, you will drive change management initiatives, lead the administration and optimization of Contract Express, and develop comprehensive PowerBI dashboards for procurement insights.

Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies is essential, along with expertise in First Nations spend initiatives and social impact procurement.

Advanced skills in data analysis and visualisation are important, particularly with PowerBI. Strong reporting skills and CIPS or equivalent professional certification are preferred.
