Job Description:
The NDIS Community Program Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services to individuals with disabilities. This involves leading a team of dedicated coordinators and support workers to implement best practice approaches in supporting participants to build their capacity and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of coordinators and support workers to deliver quality services
- Implementing best practice approaches to support participants
- Assisting team members to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing programs
- Strong understanding of disability support principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
