Job Description

As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales and customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. This includes execution of visual merchandising directives to ensure an engaging store environment that drives sales and enhances the shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, retail sales, and fashion, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of products and brands, including activewear, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
