Senior Video Producer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Video Producer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape video strategy and production for a leading media company, working with iconic titles while driving innovation in digital storytelling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive video content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience insights. They will lead end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.

This role requires a creative storyteller with strong visual aesthetic, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in lifestyle, homes, fashion, or women's media, knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and content performance measurement, motion graphics and animation capabilities, and understanding of influencer marketing and branded content.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with editorial teams across our portfolio to ensure brand consistency and content quality. You will also monitor video performance metrics, analyse audience engagement, and implement data-driven improvements.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive video content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience insights

  • Create and optimise video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, YouTube, and emerging digital channels
  • Mentor junior producers and coordinate with freelance videographers, editors, and creative teams
  • Work closely with editorial teams across our portfolio to ensure brand consistency and content quality
  • Monitor video performance metrics, analyse audience engagement, and implement data-driven improvements
