We are seeking a talented Video Content Creator with a passion for producing high-quality video content. If you have a strong background in videography or film and are looking to take your skills to the next level, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer

We offer very competitive remuneration and benefits based on experience. For this role, we are offering:

  • Base Salary: $60K - $80K per annum + Super
    OTE: $75K - $100K per year on meeting KPIs
    Share Options: Share options also offered as a sign-up bonus
    Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. Qualifications in a relevant discipline like a TAFE or University degree
  2. A passion for shooting, directing, and editing videos
  3. Proven experience and portfolio, even if not in the commercial world
  4. Talent for scouting, set design, and lighting setup
  5. Talent for shooting and editing
  6. Be extremely professional and a team player

Advantageous Experience

- 3+ years working in an agency or in-house
- Impressive YouTube or TikTok portfolio
