About the Role:

- Deliver exceptional guest service by providing menu recommendations, processing orders accurately, and delivering food and drinks promptly.
- Manage workload and follow company procedures to increase productivity and ensure effective restaurant operations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service, addressing guest needs and concerns, and embodying our company's values to foster a positive work culture.

About You:

- Demonstrate a passion for people with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Showcase an outgoing, bubbly, and enthusiastic personality with great customer service and communication skills.
- Possess adaptability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Hold at least 2 years of restaurant experience and 1 year of previous hands-on experience in a people management role, with a basic understanding of POS ordering systems and a valid RSA certificate.
