At NES Fircroft, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Administrator to support our Compliance Maintenance Lead in ensuring the compliance and auditing of existing vendors and contracting partners.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a centralized team based out of Moranbah, working on a 6-12 month contract with potential for extension on a standard Monday to Friday basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the company's contractor management requirements, processes, and expectations.
- Monitor compliance of existing contractor management plans for works and audits.
- Facilitate vendor meetings, including updating registers, minutes, and presentations.
- Monitor and update reporting for compliance and auditing.
- Work with Intellics system to engage with vendors and contractor owners.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Mining sector.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive nature to interpret information and anticipate outcomes.
- Exceptional Microsoft suite experience.
- Preference for those who have worked with Intellics system before, but training can be provided.
