Curriculum Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to lead the development of our curriculum, ensuring it is innovative and aligned with contemporary educational practices.

  • This role involves coaching, mentoring, and critically reflecting with our educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enrich children's holistic self.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, guiding them to exceed outcomes for children and educators.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing curriculums that promote children's overall well-being and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to create engaging and interactive learning environments.
  • Mentoring and coaching educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a leadership role within child care, preferably as a Lead Educator or Educational Leader.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach and its application in early childhood education.
