We are seeking an exceptional educator and strategic leader to join our team as Director of Experiential Learning. This role is pivotal in fostering character, resilience, empathy, and global citizenship in students through transformative learning experiences.

  • Develop and implement a rich portfolio of programs that extend beyond the academic domain, promoting holistic student development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and deliver experiential learning initiatives that align with the school's mission.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of co-curricular and experiential programs, ensuring inclusivity, developmental appropriateness, and alignment with the school's objectives.

This demanding role requires proven experience in leading co-curricular or experiential programs within an educational setting, along with strong organisational, planning, and risk management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and bring a deep passion for fostering empathy, resilience, and global awareness in young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver transformative learning experiences that promote character, resilience, empathy, and global citizenship.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, staff, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to experiential learning and co-curricular programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading co-curricular or experiential programs within an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and risk management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
