Key responsibilities include planning, managing, and coordinating quality activities and client feedback systems to support all facets of quality improvement across the organization.

As part of the Quality Assurance Team, you will be able to:

  • Manage client feedback systems and processes
  • Coordinate internal and external audit schedules
  • Identify, lead, and participate in quality improvement projects
  • Coordinate actions based on audit results and review processes
  • Review department policies, procedures, and forms at least annually, and update and submit them for document control as needed
  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and practices
  • Review and interpret information to drive organizational improvements and initiatives
  • Encourage and demonstrate a positive workplace culture, quality care, and open disclosure

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of one year's quality management experience within a health-related field
  • Experience in ISO 9001:2015 QMS or similar accreditations
  • A high level of confidentiality and exceptional communication skills – verbal & written
  • A continuous improvement/quality mindset
  • Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Certification and/or experience in quality assurance and continual improvement in healthcare is preferred
  • A strong background in reporting and analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel
