Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring each participant's individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the center of your focus
  • Effectively supporting a caseload of participants by providing support, guidance, and direction
  • Achieving individual and team KPIs in line with the Inclusive Employment Australia Deed requirements
  • Delivering coaching and support to participants in line with the Service Delivery Model

As an Employment Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability, empowering them to achieve their goals and secure suitable and sustainable employment opportunities.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior Employment Services experience highly regarded
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong administration and computer skills – ability to learn technical systems
