We believe that every person is the master of their journey. As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering our Employment Services Strategy, focused on improving sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring each participant's individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the center of your focus
- Effectively supporting a caseload of participants by providing support, guidance, and direction
- Achieving individual and team KPIs in line with the Inclusive Employment Australia Deed requirements
- Delivering coaching and support to participants in line with the Service Delivery Model
As an Employment Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability, empowering them to achieve their goals and secure suitable and sustainable employment opportunities.
Key Qualifications and Skills:- Prior Employment Services experience highly regarded
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution
- Strong administration and computer skills – ability to learn technical systems
