Job Title: Lead Educator

Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for early learning? Do you have the ability to develop and implement innovative programs that support the growth and development of young children?

We are seeking a talented educator to join our team as a Lead Educator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative early learning program that is reflective of current best practices in early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an innovative early learning program that supports the needs of diverse learners.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and the centre community.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • Sound, practical working knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
  • Current Working with Children's Check
