About this Role:

  • This position involves processing levy revenue and finalising projects using CRM and finance systems.
  • The successful candidate will provide accurate and timely advice to customers and stakeholders regarding the Building and Construction Industry Act and Portable Long Service Leave Scheme.
  • A key responsibility is ensuring clients follow correct procedures when notifying QLeave of work commencement, paying levies, requesting changes or refunds, and seeking exemptions.
  • Effective communication is essential in this role, requiring face-to-face, written, and telephone interactions with customers and stakeholders in a clear, professional, and polite manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in processing calculations and working with numerical data is necessary.
  • The ability to interpret and analyse project accounting is crucial.
