About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Identity and Access Management to join our Cyber Security Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) programmes, as well as developing the strategic technology roadmap for security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Enterprise IAM programmes, ensuring the appropriate and authorised access to applications, systems, and data resources, authentication and audit mechanisms.
  • Develop the strategic technology roadmap for security technologies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall security strategy.
  • Lead a team of 40+ staff and manage multiple vendor contracts, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across the team.
  • Work closely with senior executives across the company, including the CEO and direct reports, to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leader with strategic influencing skills, strong decision-making, negotiating and conflict resolution skills, effective relationship building skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of the impact of emerging business and end-user technologies on information security requirements and architecture.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and investments, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one.
  • Focus on business processes and drive true value through eliminating inefficiencies and reducing cost.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in existing security and IT systems, with an ability to keep pace with changing security and IT technologies.
  • Sets the implementation of policy and strategy, creatively applying a wide range of technical and/or management principles.
