The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment, with a proven ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per HACCP standards. In addition to excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work, you will be well-presented and flexible, with the ability to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and sterilising countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks, and cooking equipment
  • Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
  • Receiving and organising deliveries to the kitchen
  • Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes
