Care Choice is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our team. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for partnering with key business stakeholders to attract, screen, and recruit support worker staff in line with our company's recruitment process, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and resource suitable candidates within the healthcare sector.
- Target candidates who have completed certificates in the disability, nursing, and mental health sectors through universities, TAFEs, and RTOs.
- Ensure all recruitment is in line with Care Choice policies and procedures and legislative requirements.
- Scheduling and conducting comprehensive phone screens and interviews, conducting reference checks, and all relevant probity checks as required.
- Identifying candidates' experience, skills, and preferences who are suited to specific client groups.
- Liaising with the Coordination/Rostering Team to advise of suitable placement opportunities for candidates.
- Talent pipelining of candidates.
- Assist with Assessment Centres, information days, and Expos.
- Work closely with the HR team and Training team to ensure all candidate training and onboarding requirements are compliant.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor who demonstrates excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong stakeholder and candidate management skills, problem-solving and prioritizing skills, conflict resolution capability, and a genuine passion for bringing in new talent into the business.
You will be self-motivated, an excellent team player, a positive role-model with a 'can-do' attitude, amiable, honest, with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in recruiting high volumes within the healthcare sector or similar.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related.
- A thorough knowledge or industry experience, including NDIS, DHHS, and relevant legislative requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including negotiation and problem-solving skills).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills, coupled with a strong desire and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
- A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and work unsupervised.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment, including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Highly developed PC literacy and administration skills.
- Strong business acumen skills.
