Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity

At our healthcare organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced pharmacist to contribute their expertise in ensuring patients receive appropriate medication and advice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients, being the Subject Matter Expert for medication-related digital health applications, and supporting the Clinical Informatics Team with medication content.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Assess patients' medication needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care

This rotational position offers the chance to develop digital, clinical, organisational, and interpersonal skills in a newly redeveloped hospital. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with a talented team, and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key qualifications include registration with AHPRA as a practising pharmacist with no restrictions, minimum of 2 years' experience working as a clinical pharmacist in an Australian hospital setting, and prior experience with electronic prescribing software, preferably Cerner.
