About the Role

This position combines relationship-building expertise with strategic vision, acting as a trusted advisor and partner for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a consultative partner for clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth by meeting sales targets.
  • Facilitate workshops to map customer journeys and deliver tailored strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and represent the company at industry conferences.
  • Develop and present digital experience solutions using platforms such as DXP, CMS, and enterprise-level technologies.
  • Guide clients through complex digital transformations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital trends and help clients stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Deliver on revenue targets and build exec-level engagement with customers.
  • Develop and direct client partners in their team, helping staff learn and grow under the Portfolio Lead.
  • Rainmaking – identify and develop new commercial opportunities through commercial acumen and domain knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a hybrid role of Account Director and/or Management/Digital Strategy Consultant.
  • Strong consultative selling skills focused on long-term relationship building and value creation.
  • Experience with digital experience solutions and a deep understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience strategies.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while providing strategic advisory services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, capable of developing actionable roadmaps.
