Job Overview

The role of a Business Development Specialist is to drive growth through strategic account management and exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably within the scrap metal recycling and waste management sectors
  • Desirable experience in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building
  • Ability to influence outcomes with diverse stakeholders, driving results-oriented discussions and decisions
  • Strong adherence to company policies, including health and safety protocols
  • High level of resilience and adaptability, coupled with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Effective time management and project planning skills, enabling seamless execution of multiple priorities
