Job Title: Visionary Leader for Sustainable Recycling Services

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the delivery of high-quality, sustainable recycling services across multiple Local Government Areas.

About the Opportunity:
  • Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of a small operations team.
  • You will oversee and manage two major service contracts encompassing collection and processing of recyclable materials.
  • A critical component of the role is ensuring contract compliance and operational excellence on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the day-to-day management of recycling contracts and associated services.
  2. Provide high-level policy, operational and strategic advice to the Board.
  3. Negotiate, manage, and monitor service contracts to ensure compliance and value for stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in management, business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
