Veterinary Clinic Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative veterinary environment, driving patient care, supporting clients, and caring for our dedicated teams.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will enjoy creating a positive, enjoyable work environment and aligning with the team's passion for pets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the clinic team alongside the lead vet and head nurse, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and openness.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Managing clinical scheduling for efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Recruiting top talent in collaboration with the lead vet, regional manager, head nurse, and recruitment team.
  3. Creating fair rosters, managing timesheets, and responding to business needs and objectives.
  4. Making balanced decisions considering clinical and commercial outcomes.
  5. Managing inventory, cash, and stock processes.
  6. Maintaining high standards of veterinary and nursing care, promoting preventative healthcare.
  7. Ensuring a safe, psychologically and physically, working environment.
  8. Driving a customer-focused culture with excellent service standards.
  9. Communicating effectively with clients, vets, and team members regarding inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Business management experience and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and organization.
