Job Title: Senior Security Clearance Manager
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for managing a team of security clearance specialists, ensuring that all personnel security files are accurately processed and maintained. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in vetting and clearance procedures, as well as strong leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead a high-performing team, conduct thorough quality assurance checks, and provide expert advice on clearance outcomes. They will also be responsible for collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver efficient caseload management and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Extensive experience in government or similar high-security environments
- Minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required
- Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting)
