About the Position
  • Collaborate with delivery leaders and engineering teams to create high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to driving quality, automation, and security while mentoring others and leading technical best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust software systems across web, API, and microservices.
  • Provide technical leadership in automation, CI/CD, configuration management, and monitoring practices.
  • Embed secure software development principles through code reviews and threat modeling.
  • Coach and mentor engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse system requirements, create technical designs, and ensure comprehensive testing.
Essential Skills
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
  • Proven expertise in Java, React, Spring-Boot, REST API, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities, with experience in ATDD or Behavioural Driven Development.
