Dynamic Demand Planner Opportunity

As a key member of the supply chain team, this role involves managing inventory levels to meet customer demands. We are seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to join our organization on a 10-month contract.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately forecast SKU level sales using data analysis and optimization techniques to ensure optimal stock levels for retail and wholesale partners.
- Develop product life cycles to launch new products on time, phase out end-of-life products, and manage substitutions effectively.
- Utilize MRP analysis and forecasting tools to build an 18-month forecast plan.
- Monitor and analyze sales forecast accuracy using metrics such as MAPE and BIAS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to communicate relevant information and drive business results.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation operations, ensuring seamless delivery of goods to customers.
- Proven experience in demand planning or similar supply chain roles is essential.
- Familiarity with perishable items and knowledge of inventory management systems beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Futurmaster, Navision, or SAP, a plus.
