Operations Manager Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Operation teams
  • Oversee support functions and stability of Supply Chain systems
  • Manage critical incidents and minimize business impact
  • Effectively manage Managed Service with vendors
  • Liaise with business stakeholders on major incidents, changes, and escalations
  • Define, plan, and manage incidents, problem management, and continuous improvements delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in production support of large scale, complex mission-critical IT systems
  • Experience in managing large teams in dynamic operational and project environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Experience negotiating commercial outcomes with third party suppliers
  • Experience in project management and systems development methodologies
