Correctional Centre Leadership Position

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role in correctional services, overseeing the operation of a correctional centre and leading a team of officers and inmates.
- Develop and implement programs to support inmate employment, education, and vocational training, ensuring output and outcomes are being met.
- Provide strong technical and management advice on business issues, including procurement and contract management.
- Ensure all operational objectives related to work and education are being met.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Correctional Practice or equivalent qualification.
- Current Driver Licence and willingness to drive as part of the role.
- Relevant trade/Certificate III qualification: Construction, Building, Agriculture, Cooking, or related industry.
About You:
- Proven experience in managing teams in a manufacturing or facilities maintenance environment.
- Able to plan and implement strategies within set parameters.
- High level experience in staff motivation and performance management.
