Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to support our national sales and bid management team based in Sydney or Melbourne.

The Role

This role operates within our tender response delivery process, where the successful candidate will work directly with our bid management team to create high-quality responses for print and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of design templates for written proposals and presentations in line with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to develop bespoke graphics and typography that clearly articulate strategy and value
  • Innovate and leverage recent technologies and tactics to deliver high-impact materials that contribute to our success
  • Review and edit content provided by stakeholders to ensure understanding and consistency of tone
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials, consulting with project leads and print companies for final setup of artwork
  • Curate a graphic assets library containing current and archived graphics and assets required for tender submissions
  • Support internal departments with any artwork and presentation requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent visual communication skills, with the ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
