  4. Building Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with local faculty and proctors to strengthen our network and support clinical adoption.
  5. Technology Accessibility: Ensure that our technologies are readily available and accessible to surgeons within relevant hospitals in our targeted region, aligning with our strategic growth initiatives.
  6. Industry Engagement: Attend relevant society and third-party workshops and conferences to enhance our visibility and strategically position our offerings within the market.
  7. Collaboration: Work in conjunction with the wider Applied Medical field team on special projects aimed at driving market adoption and growth across assigned specialties and areas of focus.
  8. Expanding Market Reach: Explore and leverage various channels within the healthcare sector to raise consumer awareness and promote our innovative surgical solutions.
  9. Developing Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement effective sales strategies to manage the region effectively, ensuring that maintenance and growth objectives are supported and achieved.
