As a key member of the family violence team, the Program Support Worker provides a critical component of the service by offering a supportive environment for women and young people affected by family violence.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement daily routines and activities to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, fostering trust and open communication
- Support the Case Management and Therapeutic teams in delivering person-centred care and coordinating activities tailored to individual needs

- Manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of the accommodation and its facilities
