  • Provide menus, take accurate food and drink orders, and serve promptly meeting customer expectations.
  • Process cash, card, and digital payments, provide correct change, and manage receipts effectively handling financial transactions.
  • Check on guests, address complaints professionally, and ensure a positive dining experience resolving issues promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar fast food restaurant is highly desirable.
  • A basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately are required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is essential.
