Permanent Part-Time OSHC Coordinator Opportunity

This role is a chance to develop your career and lead an established service, providing quality before and after school care and holiday programs for children.

About You:

  • Passionate about working with children and committed to delivering engaging programs that inspire kids to learn, explore and play.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • You will be part of a team that values teamwork and supports each other in achieving our goals.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is highly regarded.
  • Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Be the face of the organization and build positive relationships within the school community.
  • Mentor and support your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
  • Roster for your service with support from your Area Manager.

Requirements:

  • Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
  • Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training).
  • Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.
