Optimal Health and Wellbeing Specialist

As a physical health and wellbeing consultant, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored exercise programs.
You will work closely with individuals on a one-to-one basis and in groups to support those experiencing physical health and/or wellbeing concerns. Your role will involve monitoring client progress and adjusting programs as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' needs
- Develop tailored exercise programs to meet individual requirements
- Work with clients on a one-to-one basis and in groups to provide support and guidance
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Relevant qualifications in a field such as exercise science or healthcare
- Experience working in a similar role or industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
