Produce Order Filler Role

This role involves working in a cold environment picking and packing fruit and vegetable orders for chefs around Queensland. As an order filler, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of speed and accuracy in meeting performance deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Following established company policies and procedures

Key requirements include:

  • A full open driver's license with a good driving record
  • Previous experience in warehousing, including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and inventory control (highly preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Working early morning or evening shifts, including 5PM-11PM and 2AM-7AM schedules
  • Having extensive knowledge and passion for fruits and vegetables
  • Being able to perform manual tasks, including light lifting
  • Being capable of working as part of a team or independently
  • Enjoying meeting hourly performance targets
  • Having the ability to prioritize tasks and skilled in time management

Desirable qualities include prior experience in a diverse range of fresh produce, although not essential.

This is a casual position with remuneration aligned with industry standards.
