Deliveries and Transportation Manager

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage our day-to-day logistics operations.
- The successful candidate will have the ability to procure and maintain transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel in line with company standards.
- Liaise with clients to understand delivery requirements and provide advice on vehicle options and hire terms.
- Receive and process orders and bookings; plan and execute efficient delivery schedules to ensure timely collection and delivery of goods and vehicles.
This role involves ensuring that all operational records are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the arrival, departure, loading, and unloading of transportation units.
We require an individual who is committed to delivering high-quality transport services and adhering to occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or at least three years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A stable, full-time position in a growing logistics business.
- An opportunity to lead and influence daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
